I have the same problem with SVT. My axle tubes are 22 from the ground. Hard to find a jack much less jack stands to reach that height...

I'm going to make a set that has an adjustable sleeve allowing me to lift up to 30". I think I might make a jack and just incorporate a lock into it since I need a higher lift jack too...

Time to fix the leaks, and trade it in. Get a superduty this time

I would love to own a Super Duty. This thing is a great truck, and I plan to have it for a long time. The next truck I want to get is a 4 door Ecoboost - and they are WAAAAAAY out of Shane's price range right now.

I went over to my Buddy's today and we went to lunch. Then we went over and looked at the progress of his 49,000 mile 350 he's got over at the machine shop (yes I tease him about it). On the way back he said "Hey, let's change the fluid in your transmission today". So, that's what we did. We also put a bottle of Lube Guard in it.

This is the lift he bought for full size trucks.

Then we pulled the pan and boy did it make a mess. We missed a bolt in the pan, so when it dropped it came out all 4 sides.

Here's the magnet. It had pieces of sprag on it. So, we are going to drop it again in a couple months and check again.

I figured I may as well paint the pan while it's out.

I've put about 50 miles on it since the fluid swap. Feels the same shifting so far.
While under the truck I noticed the compressor is leaking PAG oil out. Bad news.
