Bank 1 sensor 1 O2 sensor

Hello, I bought a flex and it had a CEL for the bank 1 sensor 1 O2 sensor having low voltage. The light would come on and go off after a few key strokes. So I replaced the sensor with a bosch and now the light is on for good.

B1S1 should be the front engine upstream correct?
I may put the old one back in and see if the light is intermittent again. Maybe I got a bad sensor?
