So I do a little more work last night. all I need now is to install the clutch and transmission.

throughout the process I noticed a problem with my radiator so I decided to change it before it became a problem.

And the re placement radiator with fan

On a side note, has anyone ever extracted a bolt/stud from the exhaust manifold flage? I tried drilling it out but either my drill bits are garbage now or its a strong bolt

Juan, call Master Muffler in West Valley. Talk to Terry or Shane. Their number is 801-416-3972. They are really good guys (Father and Son). Been going there for years.

Any success getting the bolt out? I forgot to axe you when I talked at you Thursday.

Ok, I finally got everything done. Started the car runs and idles fine no check engine .
Only problem I have is one of the injectors is leaking front driver side. Could it be a bad O-ring or a bad fuel rail? Seems like it's only that one injector all the others are fine.
And ideas?

Id say it is probably an o-ring. Did you use anything putting them in, like Vaseline? I always use Vaseline to install injectors because it helps keep the o-ring from getting unseated and pinched.

Well I actually never took the injectors off at any time. The only thing I changed were the plugs
