I miss my 91 Explorer bad. It was amazing in snow, even in 2wd. I only got it stuck once, and it was because I high-centered it coming up a rock path.

My Wife and I had our first date in "Creampuff".

Memories......

EDIT: Why it was nicknamed "Creampuff" by my Sister -

The gray Explorer is also a 91.... and just so happens to be what pulled me out when I was high centered. Both of them were manual trans and t-case.

Time to update my Ford garage.

Still have the SVT:

Owned this Focus for the past 7 years, but the body was so rusted, I took it off the road this year:

And lastly, the Focus's replacement:

I guess I'll do an update on my current stable. I'll go by time of purchase rather than age of the vehicle.

The old trusty 89 Stang. Purchased January 19, 1995... yes, I am a nerd. I know. Keep Calm and Fox Body.

The 2006 Escape. Purchased in April of 2009. I love this thing. Unfortunately, it will be gone in the next few days. We've graduated to the bottom vehicle in this post.

My DD is Hoss, the 97 F150. Purchased in August of 2011. Best damn truck ever. Period.

This is the 98 Expy. My Buddy gave this to me in May of 2015. It's got a brand new trans in it as of yesterday, also given to me by my Buddy.

Here is my DD towing the V8Estate. My new V8 swap after Loosing the old one and my B2 in a fire back in June.

Still have the MK3 as of right now. Will soon be traded in toward an Edge.

The SVTedan. James Lethcoe's old car that I picked up and got running.

And I have this shell which may be turning into the B2s replacement.

No, your not a nerd unless you have the entire vin# of the mustang memorized. I still know mine, and I haven't had or seen the car in 24 years.

1FABP42E7KF121716

The car was stolen from me on May 13, 1991 while I was living in Phoenix.
My old 2005 F150 FX4

on Jan 04 2007 I traded it for this one, a 2007 F150 FX4

Traded the 150 on Jan 20 2012 for this, a 2012 focus titanium

Back in 2011 my wife traded in her 2008 fusion for this, a 2011 fusion SEL

when the 2007 150 was traded in, the wife got the yellow focus and I got the blue fusion, then in Jan 2013 the fusion was traded for a 2013 escape titanium

the wife took the escape and stuck me with the yellow focus, I lasted until Nov 26 2013 and dumped the focus for my current truck, a 2013 F150 FX4

Also on May 06, 2013 I bought my kid this

The next day, May 07 2013 she got her temporary permit and we took her down to the dealer and surprised her with it.

I actually know the first part of my VIN... 1FABP42E2 - then I'm lost, LOL. I do have tons of other numbers mesmerized though, so I'm surprised it's not engraved in my memory.

Some good news on my Escape.... she gets a reprieve from being sold. My Expedition has a 3-4 shift flare we are dealing with, and I told my sister in law that I'm not selling it until the Expy is ready to roll. They are going to buy something else now.

One of the perks of being able to work on cars and care for them is that it is usually fairly easy to sell vehicles.
