new owner looking for info

Hi I previously owned a 2004 dodge till she gave up on me and tomorrow im getting a 2011 ford fusion se v6. Im looking to do an infinity sound system but I have no guides or wire diagrams or even a manual to show how to disassemble the dash/doors/rear deck. I was wondering if anyone had this information.

Thank you!

I'd buy the components you want from Crutchfield.com, and they'll have detailed instructions that come with your purchase.

Here is the info I found on it, sourced from: http://www.modifiedlife.com/2011-for...-wiring-chart/

THAT SAID.... I am wondering why you wouldn't just buy an install kit plug? They are usually around 12-15 bucks, and makes for an easy swap. It is also nice for when you sell the vehicle and want to keep the stereo.

True true. I found that info I was just worried about messing anything up. I had a pretty nice system in my little neon. It always comforting to know the wiring befor you get into it. Also, how much ampers can this alternator handle...my neon lights flickered alot.

Those have a 150 amp alternator in them. Ford has started giving us more juice with all of the new technology. It should be able to keep up pretty decent. If it does dim your lights, maybe a decent capacitor could cure it.

I would guess it's an SYNC and steering control deal.

Posting from the Galaxy.
