Angry C-Max Tire Problems

I have a 2014 Ford C-Max SEL. I live in Seattle and have an issue with light snow, slush and even rainy weather. There doesn't seem to be any traction on tires and wanted to know if people had had to buy winter tires, used chains, sip-hen tires, etc.

I know I have to do something as I can't drive up or down any kind of hill. I was told all-terrain tires won't do it.

Driveless in Seattle

Fort Wayne Indiana 2014 C-max Se I used the OEM tires for only one winter. 2nd winter I bought another set of rims and dedicated winter tires. Very happy with this.
I like the OEM tires during spring to fall .
