Best plugs for 2.3?

I have the 2.3 engine in my Milan. I am wondering what is the best plugs to run in this engine? Would they be the same plugs I ran in my 2.0 Focus? (Autolite 104 plugs)
Also, what else other than a K&N air filter would help me the most?


So, I know I could look on the Focus forums to find the info since they have the same engine, but lets get some info on this site!

ETA, kinnda got the answer in another thread.

yes, for some reason Fords really like the motorcraft plugs, even the old 80's turbo 2.3's we still run the motorcraft coppers in there. NOTHING works better.
